In my opinon, it is extremely hard not to look some degree of formal while wearing Black pants and Cowl necks. Cowl necks are a great way to spruce up a boring look. Black pants is a must-have staple in any person’s closet, they are low-key, easy to wear (and match), and classic. For formal reasons, cowl necks are best when they give viewers the imaginary part of cleavage, once it is low enough you lose the effect of formality. Of course with my tiny boob size, it does not matter all that much because I wouldn’t have cleavage no matter how low we go. They are also great for smaller chests because the draped fabric gives the illusion of more. A great way to move towards formal wear. (Yes, do not park behind me. It is not a joke.)
