Welllllll actually I am interested in your weight loss goals for two strange reasons.
1) I never realized you thought you were heavy for your height and
2) 150 @ 5’7” is not bad.
I’m 137 @ 5’3” but if you have seen me (Which you probably will through the sheer power of Facebook) you would not ask me to lose a single pound without feeling guilty.
Just remember that muscle weight can also contribute to the determined weight. And being Black, normally gives you the genetics to build muscle mass much quicker.
Instead of a weight target, maybe you want to push towards an inches target.
I’m not the most fit person on the block but I do a good amount of cardio (3-5 Miles) and a circuit (abs, arms, legs) and that’s 4-6x/week. I am at a standstill, weight-wise. However you can physically see changes coming on. In my most humble opinion Natasia- I think you shouldn’t be too hard on yourself weight-wise.
